Josh Lamb

Lamb is a math teacher at Delaware Hayes High School where, along with Rieman, is the co-head coach of their successful wrestling program.  He was an assistant coach at Delaware hayes High School for 11 of Heffernan's 12-year tenure. With an extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning, mental training, and organization, Lamb brings much more than wrestling knowledge to the staff.  In college, Lamb was a successful pitcher and designated hitter for the University of Findlay baseball team. He was a 4-year, 3-sport athlete at St. Marys High School, excelling in football, wrestling, and baseball.  Lamb is also a coach for Team Ohio.  Lamb is also the assistant golf coach at Hayes High School.  He resides in Delaware.
